earghhhhhh double blow today.

first i went to My Inspiration and asked whether there was a job for relief teaching. and the stupid woman straightaway said 'no' without even asking what instrument i play or what grade i am!!! earghhh either she's a stupid bitch who didn't like my face or the school is really exploding with teachers. i doubt it's the latter cos only 1 month ago some woman called me up and begged me to relief teach? she kept begging my mom to ask to teach and i kept saying like 10 times, they were that desperate cos there were 13 students that needed a relief teacher that day. she had better not be the same woman at the counter today, cos im going to so freaking own her if she ever calls my house again asking me to relief teach.

then right after that i went to the ComfortDelGro Driving Centre at Kovan MRT. haha i couldnt find it ytd cos i didnt expect it to be AT the mrt station itself. wanted to sign up for Basic Theory Test (BTT). guess what, only school candidates (taking up the whole driving course with ComfortDelGro) can sign up for BTT at Kovan. private candidates cannot, must go to the main branch at Ubi. -.- what a freaking stupid policy, i bet they just want to irritate ppl and 'persuade' ppl to join the driving school instead of finding private instructors, it can't be some logistical/financial reason right? everything's online and just needs a click of a button to sign up. this reminds me of the econs stuff about the disadvantages of privatisation.

yup so at the moment im nowhere near starting my real driving lessons/finding a job. i finished the Basic Theory book though, more than half the road signs in there are super old/outdated/irrelevant to Singapore.
